65 PER CENT OF DRIVING INSTRUCTORS IN PERAK FAIL TRAFFIC LAW TEST

IPOH, Nov 27 (Bernama) -- Sixty-five per cent of the driving instructors in Perak failed in the first part of the written traffic law test conducted by the Perak Road Transport Department (JPJ) recently. Its director, Mad Yasir Mastakim, said only 35 per cent of the 396 driving instructors passed the test.
"The test given to the driving instructors was the same as the computerised test given to the candidates for 'L' licence, but some of them (instructors) even scored less than 10 marks.
"This is very disturbing and efforts to improve their performance and understanding of the traffic law will be carried out," he told reporters after closing a seminar on "Improving Driving Instructors' Professionalism", here, today.
Mad Yasir said the test, the first in its series, was aimed at reminding the driving instructors of the traffic law so that they would be more knowledgeable than before.

"However, if they themselves fail to master the traffic law, they will not be able to effectively teach the candidates who wish to get a driving licence."
Mad Yasir said the driving instructors who failed the test could still continue their duty at their respective driving institutes.
"They will be given a second chance to sit for the test and the department will also conduct practical training for them, just like what the candidates for a driving licence have to go through," he added.

Korang semua boleh baca kan artikel kat atas tu. Tak faham bolah tanya kawan atau buka kamus.

Pada pendapat diriku ini, berita kat atas tu macam ketam mengajar anaknya berjalan betul lah. Macam kerjaya guru juga.... ajar anak murid berbuat baik, tp cikgu sendiri... hampeh... Bukan semua guru la.. ada ramai yg bagus...

Kalau korang baca majalah MAS*^%# bulan November (kalau tak silap) ada cerita pasal cikgu driving school dgn anak muridnya... masing-masing menyalahkan antara satu sama lain. Yg belajar kata cikgu tak pandai ajar sebab tu dah banyak kali test tak lulus-lulus. Yg cikgu pulak salahkan yg belajar. Konon bod&% bangat dah ajar berkali-kali tak paham-paham....korang nilailah sendiri.

Aku rasa tak ada perkara yg susah jika kita mahu belajar dan tekun belajar ....juga sebagai guru...perlu bersabar dengan karenah pelajarnya...
